Common questions

• How do I join a room? Ask the host for their 6-letter code or QR code, then tap Join Room in the app — or just open the invite link they send you.
• I paid for a pack but it didn't unlock. Force-quit and reopen the app — interrupted purchases retry automatically. If the pack still isn't active after a few minutes, email us with your room code.
• How do I get a refund? Purchases are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund.
• How do I delete my account? In the app: open the rooms screen, tap the sliders icon (top left) → Delete account. This is permanent and removes your personal data.
• Someone is misbehaving in my room. The host can remove any player in Settings → Room setup → Players. You can also email us and we'll look into it.
